About Silk Ridge
We are a small operator based in Baku, running our own trips rather than reselling other people's. Nine guides, four countries, and a season that starts in the Absheron in March and ends on the Pamir in October.

Safety, plainly
Every group carries a satellite communicator and a guide trained in wilderness first aid. On ascents above 4,000 m we check oxygen saturation each evening and set a turnaround time before we leave camp. Travel insurance covering mountain rescue is required, and we will ask to see it before departure.
